Our 14K gold-filled pieces have a solid gold layer mechanically bonded to a base metal — around 100 times thicker than standard gold plating. That makes it far more durable, hypoallergenic, and long-lasting, at a more accessible price than solid gold.

Most of our products ship carriage-free. Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and vary by courier and location.

Every piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's wrong, email enquiries@sarumrocks.com — we'll cover UK return postage and send a replacement of the same design, or something of equal value if it's no longer available.

Yes — we use freshwater pearls of at least AAA standard, ethically sourced from trusted suppliers and sustainable pearl farms. Every pearl is quality-checked in-house before it's used, and anything that doesn't meet our standard is rejected.

Keep pearls and gemstones away from perfume, cosmetics and hairspray, as these can dull their surface over time. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.

Every piece arrives in a classic, luxurious box with a secure wrap-around cover, made from FSC-certified materials and produced without tarnish-accelerating chemicals — ready to gift, just as it is.

Most pieces use a secure bolt ring clasp. For necklaces and bracelets, a small, very strong magnetic clasp is also available — practical and minimalist.
