Who can be without beautiful pearls? We only use the very best pearls available. Normally pearls are graded as AAA+; AAA; AA; & A. Ungraded pearls may have an uneven surface, little lustre, and / or blemishes. We use freshwater pearls of at least AAA standard.

(Similarly where products are designed with semi precious stones we will only use the best.)

All our products are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers and sustainable pearl farms. We carefully select various types of pearls depending on the specific design requirements of each product. These may be for classical pieces to contemporary avant-garde pieces.

Pearls are an organic product and each one is slightly different, however we will only offer the top graded pearls for sale. In addition, before assembling our jewellery our pearls are carefully examined in house and pass our own quality control, unsuitable pearls are rejected to be sold elsewhere

Where a pair of pearls are sold together we will have matched the size and shape to produce the perfect pair.

Mother of pearl, or nacre, comes from the iridescentinnter lining of variousmollusc shells, primarily pearl oysters, freshwater mussels and abalone. It is secreted by the mollusc to coat its shell's interior as a protective layer against parasites and debris.

Our Abalone is generally sourced from the coastal waters around Australia, New Zealand & North America. The abalone itself is the marine snail (gastropod) that produces the shell, which has an intense iridescence and shifting colours of green, purple and blues

We have introduced Lapis Lazuli to our collection, — A deep blue rock which has been prized from antiquity for it’s blue colour and gold flecks. It has been mined in Afghanistan since the 7th century BC.

Another stone in our collection is Black Onyx , an affordable gemstone which pairs well with sophisticated and casual outfits. It’s deep velvety black colour creates a bold contrast against silver and gold, it is compatible with minimalist and statement pieces giving them a sophisticated edgy vibe.

Almost all our earrings are gold fill - For the majority of our earrings we offer a choice between a ‘C’ shaped earring (almost a complete circle), or a gold fill hoop.. The ‘C’ earring measures 16mm x 13mm, and the hoop earring 11.7*10.9*2mm.

Occasionally we use gold plate for certain types of earrings where gold fill is not available.

We make these to a length of 46cm, (approximately 18 inches) unless otherwise stated. These all fasten with a simple bolt clasp, if you prefer we also offer a small and dainty extremely strong magnet which measures just 8mm in total length. If you prefer this option please add it on check - out. We also have available a gold fill extension chain which measures 5 cm., however this is not available with the magnetic closure. Please add this to your cart if you think you need this. Alternatively contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Our bracelets are assembled to a total length of 18cm (approximately 7 inches). Wrists are deceptive! If you are in doubt please measure your wrist and add ½ an inch - indicate on check out your required length and we will assemble the bracelet accordingly.

As with our necklaces we also offer a dainty magnet as closure, if you prefer this method please add it to your cart.

14K gold filled items consist of a 5% solid gold layer mechanically bonded to a base metal.  This is 100x times thicker than gold plated.
So,  gold filled jewellery products are waterproof, hypoallergenic (won’t irritate sensitive skin) and durable for wear. This offers the luxurious look of solid gold at a more accessible price.

For our necklaces and bracelets we normally use an appropriate sized bolt ring clasp. Also available is a tiny, very strong, magnetic clasp which is especially practical for bracelets.
